About Laurie

Laurie joined our team in 2019. She is the Northern Capital Retirement Services Department Manager and is responsible for supervising the Retirement Plan Department staff, managing the daily activities within the department, and establishing and managing department processes, procedures and protocols. And, with over 20 years of experience consulting in Employee Health & Benefits, she also serves as Northern Capital Management’s Office Manager, where she is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources and Bookkeeping for the firm.

Laurie has a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Washington. Laurie loves traveling, camping and hiking with her husband in national parks, and reading and hanging out with her family. She also enjoys painting and sketching, and all manners of creative endeavors.
